Hiding your anchors within the infinite cosmos is a smart move. If that really is his anchor, seems even the Outer Deities haven't found it yet, since it's not corrupted yet. A way to save Mr. Door maybe?

If there's a way to somehow remove the corruption from him, then yes there's a chance. But so far I don't think a plausible method has been introduced. Even Roselle failed to do so. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
