《2019国人工资报告》出炉，工作10年月薪过万的不足三成……

你对你的工资满意吗？哪些行业挣钱多？哪些城市工资高？

近日，腾讯理财通联合腾讯金融科技智库发布的《2019国人工资报告》调查了全国不同城市、行业、年龄等维度的国人工资水平，引发网友热议。

The "2019 Chinese Wage Report" released by Tencent's financial platforms have caught the attention of the public, and some of its figures provide a shocking moment for contemplation. 

最近，腾讯理财平台发布的《2019国人工资报告》引起公众关注。报告中的一些数据令人深思。

报告显示：

► 月薪过万人数占比城市排名前6分别是：上海、北京、深圳、南京、杭州、广州；

► 北上广深受访者中月薪在5000至8000元人数居多；

► 薪酬水平最高的三个行业分别是互联网、房地产、金融；

► 受访者中工作10年月薪过万人数不足三成。

对此，不少人表示：对不起，拖后腿了......也有人发出疑问：工资都到那儿去了呢？

南京杭州工资过万人数超过广州

上海、北京、深圳在全国工资过万人数占比城市中名列前三甲。

而蓬勃发展的“新一线”城市南京和杭州紧随其后，超过了一线城市广州。

Shanghai, Beijing, and Shenzhen are the top 3 cities for high-income groups, they are closely followed by Nanjing, Hangzhou and Guangzhou in 4th to 6th places.

相对高收入人群的相关数据如下：

The bulk of people in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Hangzhou earn 5,000 to 8,000 yuan a month, with 29, 24, 30, 29 and 34 percent of the total interviewees earning that much, in each of the five respective cities. 

上海、北京、深圳、广州、杭州五座城市整体受访者月薪主要集中在5000至8000元区间，该区间人数占该城受访者总数比例分别为29%、24%、30%、29%以及34%。

The biggest group for Nanjing earns between 3,000 and 5,000 yuan, or 28 percent of all interviewees in the city.

南京受访者中月薪在3000至5000元人数居多，占该城受访者总数比例为28%。

互联网、房地产、金融行业收入最高

互联网行业依旧发展迅速，工资水平在全国行业中位列第一。

此外，房地产和金融行业也是两大热门，体现在从业人员收入上，分别位居第二、第三位。

Internet employees have the highest salaries among all industries. Employees in the real estate and financial markets are also relatively well paid compared to others.

数据显示，互联网从业者在各类行业中收入最高。房地产和金融行业相较于其他行业薪资更加可观。

受经济环境等因素的影响，有六成受访者表示对现有工资不满意。

工资水平影响职业规划，因此有七成受访者考虑跳槽。

Over 60 percent of the respondents say they are not satisfied with their salaries. As such, 70 percent of all respondents say they are considering job-hopping to find a job with a higher income. 

超过60%的受访者认为工资不及预期。因此，70%的受访者考虑跳槽，期望找到收入更高的工作。

国人理财意愿普遍偏低

该报告还显示，超过半数的受访者用于理财的资金不到工资的20%，国人理财意愿普遍偏低，主要原因是缺乏理财规划和金融知识。

More than half of the respondents spend less than 20 percent of their wages on financial management. They say that's mainly because they lack financial planning skills or relevant knowledge.

工作10年月薪过万人数不足三成

人们普遍认为：工作时间越长，工资越高。但该报告数据表明，事实并非如此。

This indicates that work experience is not the only factor affecting wage level. In order to get a high salary, other factors such as economic environment, location and what industry you're in are also important.

数据表明，工作经验并非是影响工资水平的唯一因素。想获得高收入，其他因素比如经济环境、工作地域和从事行业也很重要。

报告一出， “工作10年月薪过万人数不足三成” 顿时成为热门话题，网友纷纷留言议论。

除了表示“扎心”，也有不少网友在网上晒出自己的工资，分享自己的故事。

“97年，上个月做业绩做出了三万一千八（这还是最少的），提成百分之二十五，差不多八千，加伙食费750、奖金1200、快递费200，一个月平均一万左右，最多的时候一个月往死里加班，经常通宵，做了四五万业绩，拿了一万五工资。”

I was born in 1997 and my average monthly salary is about 10,000 yuan. Last month my performance created a value of 31,800 yuan, which is actually at my lowest level, and I got a cut of 25 percent of that money, which is about 8,000 yuan. Apart from that, I got 750 yuan of food expenses, a 1200 yuan performance bonus, as well as 200 yuan of express delivery fee. Sometimes I work overtime like crazy and stay up all night, and by doing that I could create value of 40,000 to 50,000 yuan and got 15,000 yuan of monthly salary.

大城市or小城镇？

由于经济发展水平不均衡，全国各地工资水平差别较大。

Ten thousand yuan could be a big sum of money, or it could run out very quickly. In big cities like Beijing and Shanghai, 10,000 yuan may not be enough to lead a high-quality life at all. In a small county, one can live comfortably with 10,000 yuan. 

10000元或许是一大笔钱，但有可能很快花完。在北京、上海这些大城市，想过上高质量的生活，10000元也许根本不够。而在小城市，10000元足以过上舒适的生活。

究竟是为了高薪继续留在大城市辛苦打拼，还是“逃离北上广”，回归小城镇？你怎么看？
